GCSE Results Day
Due to social distancing guidelines, we have taken the decision to run results day remotely this year. The procedure will be that students’ school email address will be messaged on Thursday morning by 10am with an attached summary of results from all exam boards, the contact details of who to speak to for advice and links to any guidance and information from Ofqual (e.g. appeals procedure). A separate email from the sixth form team with formal offer letters will also be sent out and students simply need to reply to that email to confirm their place.
We appreciate that students may have a lot more questions than normal so have a team of 7 people ready on the phone, over email and zoom to support the students with their next steps.
It is vitally important that all students can access email so if your child cannot access their school email, they or you urgently need to email itsupport@useaouthbank.org.uk to have it reset.
